Mouse Not Working in GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City - Windows 8.1. Later i upgraded to Windows 10 10240, the game had issues but worked. My final upgrade was WIndows 10 10586, it completely took out my games, few of them got corrupted and many of them stopped working. I decided to downgrade back to 10240. SOLVED GTA vice city no sound.

I'm having no problems with mouse sensitivity with Grand Theft Auto 3. But Vice City and San Andreas has much more sensitive up/down movement than left/right, which makes things feel awkward. I could change my mouse X/Y sensitivity outside of the game to compensate for that. But that would mean changing it, playing the game, and changing it back. I have tried EVERYTHING, Silent Patch, Widescreen fix, Ddraw, Vice City Fixer from NexusMods, Downgrading. EVERYTHING! but this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying snoop dog level of high vertical sensitivity just isn't ready to get fixed and i can't play with that ♥♥♥♥, is there anything i missed or can someone help a brother out? i am bent out of shape trying to fix this ♥♥♥♥ When i adjust the sensitivty in the settings it only changes the X axis (right and left) the Y axis (up and down) is way too high its hard to aim when shooting.
