What I had to do was factory reset. the sync3 unit and also unplug all usb devices and then turn car off open. door and wait 60 seconds, turn car back on and sync via Bluetooth again. At this point go back to the Apps selection and scan for apps.
I just picked up a 2011 Ford Fiesta and i have some problems with playing music. I can connect to bluetooth but for some reason i dont know how to play music, because there is no media button. The buttons i have is CD, RADIO, AUX, PHONE and MENU I can always just buy a aux but i would prefer to play over bluetooth Hope anyone can help :)

I pulled all fuses in the interior fuse box relating to sync and audio (10 and 24) while the engine was off, and it worked again after that. uW7uX.
