I've scoured the My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\ and steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\ directory with no luck. I commonly reinstall my OS, so rsyncing my save game backups is something I always do. I'm incredibly frustrated with how difficult it is to find my f*cking saved game files!

Title. Bought the game today after not having played in around 10 years. Bought the latest 'Complete Edition' on steam. If you were using that one program that bypasses GFWL (like I may or may not have been doing), then the new update broke your saves. Here's how to fix it. Go to C:users/[your username]/documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames and copy whatever your latest saves are (there should be at least 2, one is your autosave and one is your manual save. if you don't manually save there will only be one).
